1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hustle IQ at skillsbridge.io (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Hustle IQ is operated by Hustle IQ ("we", "us", "our").

2. What You're Buying

Hustle IQ is an AI-powered side hustle plan generator. When you pay, you receive a personalized, AI-generated document containing side hustle ideas, income estimates, and a 30-day action plan tailored to the skills and goals you enter.

All plans are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund, no questions asked, subject to the following conditions:

• You request the refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
• You request it by replying to your Stripe payment confirmation email, or by emailing support@skillsbridge.io with the email address used at checkout.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. We do not charge any restocking or processing fees.

After 30 days, refunds are issued at our sole discretion. To request a refund, email support@skillsbridge.io with your purchase details.

4. Income Disclaimer and No Earnings Guarantee

Your actual results will depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to: your skills, experience, effort, market conditions, local demand, time available, and economic factors. Starting and growing a side hustle involves risk and requires real work.

The AI-generated plan you receive is informational only. It is not financial advice, legal advice, or a promise of any specific outcome. We make no representation that any user will achieve any particular level of income or success.

5. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute your generated plan without our written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-generate plans
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in the generator form

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or who we determine is abusing the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content (excluding user-submitted inputs and AI-generated outputs) are owned by Hustle IQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The AI-generated plan you purchase is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share it with others for your own side hustle planning purposes but may not resell or republish it as your own work product.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and you should independently verify any information before acting on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hustle IQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on any AI-generated content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

Because Hustle IQ operates as a one-time purchase service (no accounts or logins required), "termination" means we may block your access to the Site or refuse future purchases if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent chargebacks, or abused the refund policy. Generated plans already delivered are not revoked upon termination.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Hustle IQ.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
